These terms govern your use of the Sanad Bounty Network. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the platform.

1. Who we are · من نحن

The platform is operated by Sanad ("Sanad", "we", "us"), a recruitment company based in Karadah, Baghdad, Iraq. Contact: info@sanad-iraq.com · +964 774 040 5010.

2. Definitions · التعريفات

Member — an approved freelance recruiter who submits candidates for a bounty.
Job Seeker — a person who registers to apply for vacancies on their own behalf.
Client — the employer Sanad is recruiting for.
Candidate — a person put forward for a vacancy, whether by a Member or by themselves.
Bounty — the fixed amount Sanad pays a Member for a successful placement.
Signing Bonus — the equivalent amount paid to a Job Seeker who is hired through their own application.
Placement — a candidate hired by a Client through Sanad.

3. Accounts · الحسابات

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
One account per person. You are responsible for your password and for everything done under your account.
Job Seeker accounts are activated immediately. No approval is needed to apply for vacancies.
Member (recruiter) accounts are reviewed individually and may be declined without reason. Registering as a Job Seeker does not entitle you to a Member account; an application for recruiter access submitted from a Job Seeker account will be reviewed on its own merits and may be declined.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

4. Submitting candidates (Members) · تقديم المرشحين

You may only submit a candidate who has agreed to be represented by Sanad for that vacancy. You confirm this each time you submit.
You must not upload a CV obtained without the person's knowledge, scraped from another platform, or taken from a former employer's database.
Information you give about a candidate must be accurate. Fabricated candidates, invented experience or falsified documents end your membership and forfeit any unpaid balance.
You must never charge a candidate a fee for being submitted, placed, or considered. Sanad is paid by the Client. Charging candidates ends your membership immediately.
The number of candidates you may put forward to any one vacancy is limited by your tier. The number you may store in your own library is not limited.

5. Candidate ownership · ملكية الترشيح

The first valid submission of a candidate for a vacancy owns that candidate for that vacancy for six months. Ownership is matched on the candidate's phone number.
A later submission of the same person for the same vacancy is recorded as a duplicate and earns nothing.
If a Member already owns a candidate and that person then applies for the same vacancy themselves, the Member keeps the ownership and the Job Seeker receives no Signing Bonus. The application is still linked and the person remains under consideration.
Ownership disputes are decided by Sanad. You may contest a decision in writing within 14 days; our decision after review is final.

6. Tiers · المستويات

Tiers are earned from your own results over a rolling period — hires, submissions and rejection rate. Duplicates do not count against your rejection rate.
Tiers affect early access to new vacancies, how many candidates you may shortlist per vacancy, how quickly a credited bounty is released, and eligibility for interview bounties.
Your tier is visible to you and to Sanad staff only. It is never shown to other Members, to Clients, or to candidates.
Tier thresholds and privileges may be changed. We will not reduce a bounty already earned.

7. Bounties and payment · المكافآت والدفع

Each vacancy carries a fixed bounty, shown before you submit. It is the full amount for one hire.
A bounty is credited only when both are true: the Client has paid Sanad's invoice, and the waiting period after the hire's start date has passed.
A bounty is never lowered after a candidate has been submitted for that vacancy.
Credited balances are paid out at month-end with a statement.
No refunds and no reversals. If a placed hire later leaves, the vacancy reopens and the replacement placement carries no bounty — but a bounty already credited is never taken back.
You are responsible for your own taxes. Sanad may withhold amounts where Iraqi law requires it.

8. Signing Bonus (Job Seekers) · مكافأة التوقيع

If you apply for a vacancy yourself and are hired, you are paid a Signing Bonus equal to the bounty that vacancy carried.
It is paid after the Client's guarantee period has passed (typically 90 days from your start date) and after the Client has paid Sanad's invoice — not on your first day.
If you leave, are dismissed, or withdraw before the end of that period, no bonus is due.
One Signing Bonus per person per twelve months.
No bonus is due where a Member already owned your candidacy for that vacancy (see section 5), or where you were already in Sanad's records for that Client.
Sanad may cap the total Signing Bonus budget in any month, or suspend the scheme, at any time. A bonus already earned under these terms will still be paid.

9. Things you must not do · ممنوع

Create more than one account, or an account in someone else's name.
Register candidates as Job Seekers in order to collect a Signing Bonus yourself, or agree to split a bonus with a candidate. This is fraud and ends the relationship.
Contact a Client directly about a vacancy, or place a candidate with a Client you learned of through Sanad, outside the platform, for 12 months.
Share confidential Client information, vacancy details or candidate data outside the platform.
Upload malicious files, or attempt to access data belonging to another Member.

10. Liability · المسؤولية

Sanad does not guarantee that any vacancy will be filled, that any candidate will be hired, or that any particular amount will be earned. Vacancies may be withdrawn by the Client at any time. To the extent permitted by Iraqi law, our liability to you is limited to amounts credited and unpaid on your account.

11. Changes · التعديلات

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the platform. Continuing to use your account after a change means you accept it. Changes never reduce a bounty already credited.

12. Governing law · القانون الواجب التطبيق

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. The competent courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
